James G. Perry is a trial and litigation attorney with Atticus Injury Law, with a practice focused on a broad spectrum of personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, government liability, and premises liability. Mr. Perry obtained his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic, Pomona, and later his law degree from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (“Cal”), which has consistently ranked among the top law schools in the nation. Mr. Perry also handles products liability actions, as his background in mechanical engineering provides a unique ability to analyze technology-heavy consumer matters. Mr. Perry’s diverse background, exceptional credentials, intellectual curiosity, and relentless drive form the foundation of his ability to fight for his clients and secure favorable results in any type of personal injury matter.
It is Mr. Perry’s extensive trial experience that represents the mindset of Atticus Injury Law and sets him apart from his peers. In addition to James’ extensive experience with personal injuries matters, her spent nearly a decade as a prosecutor, primarily at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, handling complex murder, conspiracy, gang, and organized crime cases. One of Mr. Perry’s most complicated and unique cases, and eventually a jury trial, involved a multi-defendant conspiracy to commit murder and several attempted murders between two rival gangs (bloods and crips), which, after weeks of gang warfare, resulted in a mid-day shootout at a major intersection in Pomona, California. Everything Mr. Perry has done to date has fully equipped him to be a fierce advocate for his clients.
