Mr. Perry’s greatest asset is his ability to relate to his clients and understand their needs. Many of Mr. Perry’s cases involve clients suffering from traumatic brain injuries, severe spinal injuries, debilitating musculoskeletal injuries, and other serious health issues. Regardless of the severity of the injury, every client in Mr. Perry’s eyes is family and treated with the respect and dignity deserved by someone enduring a difficult time in their life. Mr. Perry takes great pride in and has a passion for representing and standing up for those who have been harmed.
But it is Mr. Perry’s extensive trial experience that represents the mindset of Atticus Injury Law and sets him apart from his peers. Mr. Perry spent nearly a decade as prosecutor, primarily at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, handling complex murder, conspiracy, gang, and organized crime cases. One of Mr. Perry’s most complicated and unique cases, and eventual jury trial, involved a multi-defendant conspiracy to commit murder and several attempted murders between two rival gangs (bloods and crips), which, after weeks of gang warfare, results in a midday shootout at a major intersection in Pomona, California.
